Job Description

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our HFT team as Strategy Designers. The ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in designing HFT strategies and a strong academic background in technology. Previous employment with reputable HFT trading companies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-frequency trading strategies to optimize trading performance and profitability.
Take ownership of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Continuously monitor and evaluate trading strategies, making adjustments as needed to adapt to market conditions.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers, developers, and traders to enhance trading strategies and algorithms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing HFT strategies within a fast-paced trading environment.
Proven track record of leadership and team management, with experience in guiding and developing team members.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
