Job Description

We are establishing a high-frequency trading (HFT) team in Gurgaon and are seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to long-term growth with us. Our company values a positive culture and places significant emphasis on continuous learning and professional development.

We are looking for a Trade Specialist with extensive experience in the HFT domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Algo trading in HFT firms and sharing deviation reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trading HFT strategies.
  • Graduate with a strong understanding of algorithmic Quantt Trading.
  • Previous employment at HFT trading firms such as Citadel, NK Securities, Emkay Securities, Jump Securities, Esstee, or Graviton.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership.
  • Should be vigilant in execution of trades
  • Should be able to do trade analysis and present to the management / team leader
